We founded Nordevo because we wanted to change the property and construction industry. The site is safe, people are treated fairly and what is said holds. When the building is finished, everyone who worked on it can point at it and say: that one is mine.
A building is made for decades, not for the handover. That is why we choose solutions that last, and why we like to build in wood: a timber frame stores carbon for its whole life.
The industry stays skilled only if know-how is passed on. So we share ours.

Why we founded Nordevo

More than 30 years of housing development in Finland and abroad, from the idea to the factory line.
Has built 85,000 square metres in timber. The terrace at his cabin is still unfinished.

Technical solutions, testing and certification for timber apartment buildings.

More than 25 years in management in construction and real estate, over 17 of them as CEO. Founded Nordevo in 2024.
